Qualifications

At least 5 O' Level subjects.
At least five (5) years working in a butchery setup.
Thorough knowledge of all butchery cuts.
Able to use all butchery equipment with very little supervision (knives, bandsaw, mincing machine).
Able to assemble and disassemble all the butchery equipment as per S.O.P and manual instruction.
Able to work autonomously.
Able to communicate efficiently in English. Other languages are an added advantage.
Knowledge of Meat Matrix is an added advantage.
