Who you are dealing with

Your account
Your mobile number is your account. There is no password: we send a six digit code to that number over WhatsApp, and the code signs you in for thirty days on that browser. Anyone holding that phone can sign in as you, so treat it the way you treat the phone itself. Sign out from your account page when you are finished on a shared device.
Use a number you control. Signing in with somebody else's number, or applying in somebody else's name, ends the account.
What you send us
Your CV and the details on it are yours. By sending them you are asking us to consider you for work, which means a consultant here reads them, and a client may be shown them where you have applied to their role. We do not sell them, publish them or hand them to anybody who is not recruiting for a role you applied to. The privacy policy is the longer answer and it governs.
An application keeps the CV and the name as they were when you sent it. Editing your profile afterwards changes your profile, not an application a consultant already has.
Applying is not an offer
We advertise roles on behalf of client organisations. Putting an application in creates no obligation on us or on them to interview you, to reply, or to hold the role open. A closing date shown on a role is the client's, and it can move.
Practice tests
The practice tests are exactly that: practice. They are not an assessment, no score from them is recorded against you, and no result from them is used in any selection decision. They ask nothing of you and nothing identifying is stored. A real assessment is a different thing, sat under standard conditions and read by a registered psychologist.
The mailing list
You joined it or you did not. Every message carries a link that takes you off it in one press, and it works without signing in.
What we ask of you
- Do not upload anything that is not yours to upload.
- Do not attempt to reach another person's account, application or results.
- Do not use automated tools to pull the roles off this site in bulk.
What this site does not promise
We keep it running and correct as best we can, and a role's wording comes from the client. If something on it is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing here is advice about your career on its own: that is what the conversation with a psychologist is for.
Ending it
Ask us at consultant@epzglobal.com and we will close your account and delete what we hold, except anything we are required to keep. You can do that at any time and you do not have to give a reason.
