What practising can and cannot do
Practice removes the surprise. Knowing the shape of the questions, the wording of the instructions and the pace of the thing is worth a great deal on the day, and people who have never seen a test before lose marks to the format rather than to the reasoning.
What it cannot do is change the answer. A real test is sat under standard conditions and read by a registered psychologist alongside everything else known about the role. If you want to know what your results actually mean for the direction you are taking, that is a conversation, and it is one of the things EPZ does.
